Basic principle and hardware composition

  The system of intelligent password lock is composed of intelligent monitor and electronic lock. The intelligent monitor supplies the power supply needed by the electronic lock and receives the alarm information and status information sent by the electronic lock. The circuit multiplexing technology is used to share a two-core cable for power supply and information transmission, which improves the reliability and security of the system.

  The intelligent monitor consists of MCU, clock, keyboard, LCD display, memory, demodulator, circuit multiplexing and monitoring, a/D conversion, buzzer and other units. It mainly completes the functions of communication with electronic lock, intelligent analysis and safety monitoring of communication line.

  The intelligent monitor is always in the receiving state, and receives the alarm information and status information from the electronic lock in a fixed format. For the alarm information, the sound and light alarm is immediately sent out through the LCD display and buzzer, and for the status information, it is stored in memory and compared with the electronic lock in the historical state before this moment, get the trend of change, predict the future state changes, through the LCD display to provide the corresponding information to the staff on duty for decision-making use. At the same time, the intelligent monitor and the electronic lock establish the communication contact, through the A/D converter real-time monitoring the power supply current change which flows through the communication line, effectively prevents the human factor to cause the destruction, to ensure the smooth flow of communication lines.

  The block diagram of electronic lock, which is also based on 51 series single-chip microcomputer (AT89051) as the core, with the corresponding hardware circuit, it can set, store, identify and display the password, drive the electromagnetic actuator and detect its driving current value, receive the alarm signal from the sensor, send data and so on.

  The single-chip computer receives the typed code and compares it with the password stored in the EEPROM. If the password is correct, it drives the electromagnetic actuator to open the lock. If the password is incorrect, the operator is allowed to re-enter the password, the maximum can be entered three times; if three times are not correct, then the MCU through the communication line to the intelligent monitor alarm. The single-chip microcomputer sends the value of driving current of the electromagnetic actuator as the state information to the intelligent monitor every time the lock is opened, and also sends the alarm information from the sensor interface to the intelligent monitor, as the basis for intelligent analysis.
